Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within 72 hours before event your date 100% of total quotation cost will apply.

Orders cancelled 4 weeks to 72 hours before event booked date – charged at 50% of total quotation cost.

Orders cancelled 6 to 4 weeks before event booked date – charged at 30% of total quotation cost.

Orders cancelled 20 to 6 weeks before event booked date – charged at 15% of total quotation cost.

100% Refund is offered for all confirmed bookings cancelled 20 or more weeks before the event date.

Cancelations / refunds due to a natural disaster (for example flooding and we can not reach address supplied) 50% refund on the total amount will be paid out. For full lock down (pandemic situation) will be handled on a case by case basis.

Please note that all our catering services are pre paid in full, 10 days before your event date as per quotation issued when you booked our services. Should the outstanding balance not be received as per our contract stated on your quotation / invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the service and 100% of the deposit received for your booking will be forfeited.

Please note that the only cancelations we ever had in the past 15 years in business (4 years in New Zealand) was during the lock down period and other covid 19 related dates from where events had to cancel. All cancelations for whatever reason are always dealt with on a case to case basis to have a fair outcome for all parties involved.
