Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds or charges are calculated as a percentage of the total quotation cost based on the time of cancellation or on the total deposit amount you have paid at the time of cancellation:
Full Refund: Available for bookings cancelled 20 weeks or more prior to the event date.
15% Charge: Applies to cancellations made between 6 and 20 weeks prior to the event.
30% Charge: Applies to cancellations made between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the event.
50% Charge: Applies to cancellations made between 72 hours and 4 weeks prior to the event.
100% Charge: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable and the full quotation amount remains payable.”

- Natural Disasters & Accessibility
In the event of a natural disaster (e.g., flooding or severe weather) that prevents us from reaching your supplied address, a 50% refund of the total contract amount will be issued. - Market Volatility & Price Escalation
In the event of war or extreme inflation affecting food and fuel costs beyond our capacity to absorb, we reserve the right to revise our quotation.
- You will be presented with an amended quotation for approval.
- Should you choose not to accept the new pricing, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- Pandemics & Government Lockdowns
Cancellations due to a full lockdown or pandemic-related restrictions will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the most equitable solution for both parties. - Payment Terms & Forfeiture
Please note that all catering services must be paid in full (typically 10 days prior to the event date, or as specified on your quotation).
- Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the agreed-upon date grants us the right to cancel the service.
- In such instances, 100% of the deposit received will be forfeited.
All cancellations, regardless of the cause, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our primary objective is to reach a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.
