Bay of plenty catering services, we at Smokey Flame Catering aim to bring good food with a homely flair to your celebration, hearty, informal but still elegant. We want to be the accent to your perfect day, as we travelled around the Globe we found inspiration from other cuisines so we can offer something known and for the bold something from another World.

Originally from South Africa, now based in New Zealand, we are not a cookie cutter corporate business, in fact, we are the antithesis of this model. All menus are customized to suit your occasion and taste (current travel radius – 350 km – base Whakatane).

Each dish is prepared with love and expertise from locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our menus from around the World offer something for everyone.

All our Menus are tailored to each event, wedding celebration, birthday party or corporate function.
