The Black Barn, Lake Tarawera
Unique country style setting suitable for weddings and other functions.
This traditional style barn was renovated for our own wedding in March 2012. We loved the setting so much we felt the need to share it with others!
Set high up on our farm in a private location surrounded by native tree’s, birdlife, and farm animals with supreme views overlooking all of Lake and Mount Tarawera.
The barn itself can seat up to 150 guests, while outside features include landscaped native gardens, a fire pit, large deck and extensive outdoor lighting revealing the beautiful bush setting by night.
