A Little About Charlie Grace
Charlie Grace – Located in Whakatane, is a new venture brought to the Bay of Plenty by Michelle.
After some research of the industry, Michelle decided that a mobile coffee and bar is exactly what is needed for the events in the Bay of Plenty! Charlie Grace was established in the Waikato and operated for a few years by Kerry and Paul before being relocated to Whakatane and taken over by Michelle.
Michelle is excited to build on what was started by Kerry and Paul and spring a special touch to the events around the Bay with Charlie Grace in tow.
ABOUT MICHELLE
Michelle’s passion within the culinary industry started from a young age when she worked for a local caterer in Whakatane. When she finished school she studied Business Tourism and Travel and continued working in the hospitality industry throughout New Zealand and in Australia.
It was in Australia, working on Hamilton Island, that she solidified her passion for all things food – dreaming up the idea of one day owning her very own Food Truck.
Fast forward to today and Michelle is now living her dream on the weekends and outside of her day-to-day job with Charlie Grace – the best version of a Food Truck she could have ever imagined!
